Attention All Writers — Join the Directory of Vermont Writing Resources

My name is Cynthia, and I am a senior Professional Writing Major at Champlain College. As my final project, I am compiling a Directory of Vermont Writing Resources. In its final form, this directory will include anything from writers and illustrators to marketing firms, printing houses, independent booksellers, editors, publications, and much more. Using my network of connections and research skills, I am reaching out to people who would be interested in being included in this directory, which will be available through the League of Vermont Writers’ website. I am aiming to have the final product available by the end of the semester. To complete this project on time, I will need information by March 18. 

The goal of this project is to compile and provide a usable directory to anyone looking for particular writing resources in Vermont as there is no easy way to do that at this point. With the completion of this project, people will be able to visit the final website and find what they need within a few simple clicks, looking through generalized profiles complete with contact information, services provided, and qualifications of those included.
